On camera talent will often lipsync a song because it will be photographed (or more accurately videotaped) not once but several times, and then it will be edited into a compilation of the different performances. If it was done truly live, it would be unlikely that the various angles from the different takes would cut together and then match exactly unless they used only one run through.

Thanks for including me (as "Dog Bless Us) in your "Links to explore" list!

By the way, the reason they couldn't let us sit in OUR OWN SEATS based on the $1000 receipt from the scalper website that I printed out when I bought the tickets the morning after they went on sale was because they'd already sold them to someone else, so the seats were occupied. I'm here adding this comment tonight because I heard on NPR this afternoon that tickets for the Superbowl with street prices that have topped $1000 are going for up to $10,000 on the open market.

I wouldn't lose THAT ticket!

And we need a serious reality check. I mean, that's a decent car, a year of college, etc., it's NOT, I repeat NOT a SuperBowl ticket. I'm sorry, and I'm no football fan, but that's just dumb, and it sets a bad precedent for future games and future advertisers. Just say no. I'd love to see a Superbowl with lousy Nielsons and low attendance becuase they overreached the value for the loyalty and effort.

I've always put ketchup on my burger, but my husband claims this is a Yankee tendency. He just uses mayonnaise.

On my burgers, the ketchup goes on the top bun. Sometimes mayonnaise goes on the bottom, depending on my mood. :)

Well, now that you mention it, I myself almost always apply the mustard to the bottom of the bun, then set the hamburger in the mustard and squirt ketchup on the burger.

I think I was trying to duplicate the marvelous Jumbo Jack, so I had to deal with more condiments than usual.
