I guess I should title this “How I Spent My Summer Vacation,” or something, but it’s more like “How I Spent the Three Weeks Leading up to Memorial Day Weekend, and Leaving Town on Business.” Anyhow, this is a representative picture of the new play structure that we’ve built for Emily. What a lucky kid, huh?

On a completely unrelated note, my “out of town on business” comment is because I’m in Chicago right now trying to represent our company at the Audio Publisher’s Association conference (APAC) and Book Expo America (BEA). APAC was today, and I was actually a guest speaker on a panel discussion of The State of the Industry, so I guess I’m now officially an expert in that small area. If you need advice on marketing audiobooks, apparently I’m your man.
