You know you’re in trouble when you find yourself prioritizing your life in terms of what you can least afford to neglect, and weighing consequences instead of rewards.
I don’t want to brag or anything, but I just finished off 3 HUGE items on my to-do list. Unfortunately, like you, my to-do list only really shows up when there are consequences.
